Machinery introduction:
This production line can produce PE,PP,EVA,PVC and PA corrugated pipe.Single wall corrugated pipe has feature of high remperature resistance,corrsion and abrasion resistance,high intensity and good flexibility. It is widely use in auto wire harness,shenath pipe of electric threading,machine tool circuitry,lighing devices line and water pipe of air-condition and washing machine.
New Design extruder our extruders adopt SIEMENS BEIDE MOTOR, ABB or TAIWAN DELTA INVERTOR, omron temperature controller, The two electrical boxes are merged into one, which is easy to install and operate The main machine can adjust the base, the precision of
the mould is higher after fine adjustment Beautiful appearance, small occupation.
Single wall corrugated pipe has features of high temperature resistance, anti-erosion, anti-abrasion and high strength.
This pipe widely be used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine.
PE/PP/PVC Single Wall corrugated pipe production line consists of Single Screw Extruder, Mold Blocks, Corrugated Forming Machine, automatic Winder. It can continuously produce different diameter.

The high speed corrugated pipe machinery features:
1. High speed high efficiency extruder, 20% less power than normal type but 20kg/h higher output. Our 45/33 high speed high efficiency extruder could meet 70-80kg/h, it is enough to support 20m/min for 10-50mm diameter corrugated pipe.
2. Good design and good quality forming machine. Gear driven and 100% covered water cooling system for forming machine to support high speed running.
3. Automatic winder, it could meets 20m/min speed coiling.
Single Screw Extruder
High production capacity of extrusion on the high quality basis. Lower temperature plasticizing design, ensure high quality PIPE
extrusion. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched (0.4-0.7mm ), Rigidity of screw: >740 , Rigidity of barel
>940, the surface of screw is chromeplated Feeding bush with water cooling system
Extrusion Die
Material :40Cr , the surface of die is chromeplated, anti-corrosive, small resistance, large compression, stable discharge.
Forming Machine
We have 54 pairs, 44pairs, 60pairs, 72pairs, 81pairs, 134pairs according speed and diameters.
1.Closed structure, linked module in the overall closure base does round-trip running
2. It is made of hard mould steel, the forming mould is processed by CNC which could ensure precision of the forming modules. It is convenient to change the modules.
Moulds Block
Materials of moulds block:40CrThe moulds are made by CNC system, it is high precison and long service life.
It could be designed into one hole or two hole according customer request.
We could print customers logo into moulds according request.
Automatic coiler
No of wheel: two wheel or one wheel according customer requestUseing delta inverter system, it is automatic adjustment of winding speed.
