Two sets of single screw extruder with automatic feeder, die head ,mould ,cooling tank , drier , vaccum cleaner hose forming units , cutter and stacker. This production line needs SWP 260 crusher and a mixer as the auxiliary machine.

It is 40Cr steel mould materials with high precision process.
Water cooling tank and tranport unit
Stainless steel materials with dewater fans.
Glue Extruder
It is a 25/25 single screw extruder with 1.1kw motor. Specially working for high precison glue extrusion for pipe forming
Forming unit
It is PLC control forming unit. Specially designed two winding moulds
