This PVC pipe production line is widely used for producing PVC water supply pipe,drainage pipe and high voltage cable protection pipe.With CPVC pipe mold, it could also produce CPVC pipe. It is consist of SJSZ series extruder,mold,vacuum tank,spraying cooling tank,haul-off,cutting machine, stacker, and can produce PVC pipe from mixed powder directly.

The production line uses special designed screw and mould,which makes it easy forming,even plasticization,high capacity,stable run-ning and easy operation.

This kind of plastic conical double screw extruder has widely use, it is specialized for all kinds of plastic extrusion.

Plastic Pipe Extruder/Plastic Extruders:

Different types of extruders With different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines,

 

 it can produce all sorts of PVC plastic pipe material, profiled material, plate material, sliced material, bar material and granulation. 

 

It can also extrude PP.PE pipe at high speed by changing special barrel.

 

Computer control or conventional control is optional. 

 

According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. 

 

The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. 

 

It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut. 

 

The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. 

 

It can bear larger extruding pressure.

Produce process for PVC Pipe :
PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

Twin Screw Extruder

High production capacity of extrusion on the high quality basis. Lower temperature plasticizing design, ensure high quality sheet extrusion. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched (0.4-0.7mm ), Rigidity of screw: >740 , Rigidity of barel >940, the surface of screw is chromeplated Feeding bush with water cooling system
