Application: Spiral guard is a light weight product that is a cost effective way of producting your hoses and cables from abrasion and impact.Spiral wrap is designed to bundle and/or protect hose and cables from abrasion.Manufactured from tough polythene.It is ultra violet stabilised and is unaffected by most petroleum based products including oil.

Machinery Working Process:
Material loading---Extruder--Shaping and cooling---Haul-off ---winder.

The machine line is consist of SJ-45/30 single screw extruder and die head, rotating forming machine,haulling off machine, circulating-water cooling tank, meter counter and winder. The units is compact structure and superior performance. the screw and barrel through optimization design, adopt 38CrMoAiA professional proccessing that can make the whole units has advantages of uniform plasticizing, capacity stability, high output, long service life,etc. The screw adopt cast-aluminium heating, fan cooling type and Precision electronic instrument temperature controller.The reducer adopt hard teech surface geer box, can trouble-free working long time uninteruppted. The whole units has the feature of integrated design, high performance, high stability, etc.
