Single Screw Extruder For Water Pipes
For PE PPR materials, always it adopts 45/33,50/33,65/33,75/33,90/33 high speed high frequency extruder. The screw rotation speed could be 94rpm to 200rpm according the different capacity request
For pvc materials, it is always use bigger screw diameter but lower screw rotation design, like SJ65/30 extruder with 45RPM speed.
Single Screw Extruder For Corrugated Pipes
It is mainly working for PE PP PVC EVA and Nylon Materials
Always it adopts SJ45,SJ50,SJ55, SJ65 normal high speed extruder. The screw rotation speed is 74rpm to 94rpm. Capacity could be 20kg/h to 120kg/h according different pipe diameters.
Single Screw Extruder For Plastic Sheet/Board
It is mainly designed into big screw extruder, like 90/30,120/30,150/30 extruder. Some materials like PC, PMMA, PET will be designed into Exhaust screw to ensure the sheet or borad are transparent.
Conical twin screw Extruder for PVC powder materials
This is the most popular pvc extruder with Chinese characteristics. Special design of concial twin screw plasticization could support you add many calcium powder to reduce the production cost. The mainly extruder type is 51/105-120kg/h, 55/110-150kg/h ,65/132-300kg/h ,80/156-500kg/h ,92/188-800kg/h
Parallel twin screw extruder
This type extruder is mainly used for recycle granules and PET sheet extrusion.
