Classification of PET sheet extrusion production line:

Forcing feeding unit
It is use servo motor connected with RV reducer system.
It is stable and possible to feed 1-4 kinds materials for extrusion.
Extruder
It is could be single screw extruder or twin screw extruder according materials.High production capacity of extrusion on the high quality basis. Lower temperature plasticizing design, ensure high quality sheet extrusion. Metering pumb will control a stable extrusion pressure for whole system

It is adopted 300-600mm diameters calending rollers, temperature is controlled by water.
The calendar roller driver adopted high quality motor and famous brand reducer.
