PE/HDPE/PVC double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line adopts extruding and forming process, it has the featuresof reliable quality and high efficiency.Compared with other plastic pipe wall structure ,double wall corrugated pipe has excellent wall structure design,its low weight reach the lower production cost and improve the market competitiveness.The pipe is widely used in various field instead of concrete pipe and iron pipes,because it has excellent features such as:easy connected and accessiories installed,and quality reliable.

PE double wall corrguated pipe production line adopts complicated mechanic head ,double combiated machine to production to provide material and spiral writhe .

For HDPE,you can choose high efficient single screw extruder.

For PVC,you can choose conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin downstream equipment.

The forming system of this line consists of mould and corrugator.The mould blocks can be easily changed and they may have air or water cooling.

Adopt to PLC control system it is more accurate more intellectualize control order makes the operation more simple. The production line is the single screw extruder in high efficiency, has the independent water and air circular system and form the double wall corrugated pipe by cooling water and compress air. Corrugated forming system with strong cooling ability operation more simple efficiency, The mould surface is nitrided, has the adjust equipment to adjust the wall thickness, it suitable for different diameters pipes. Extruder has air cooling and water cooling function.

Single Screw Extruder

Always it needs two single screw extruders for PE double wall corrugated pipes. We suggest 45/33 and 65/33 extruders for the pipe extrusion.

The machine has two independence extruders,which can realize both inside and outside layer with different material and colors.

Extrusion Die

One set of Extrusion Die could only produce one pipe diameters.
Different diameters needs different die head.
The min diameter we could do is OD40mm.

Composite extrusion die head with specially helical structure to make the wall thickness unifom and stable production.

Forming Machine with Forming block

Forming block materials:40Cr
Forming block working length :>4000mm

One set of forming block could only produce one diameter, so it needs many sets of moulds if customer want to produce multiple diameters

some high thickness pipe needs a water tank to ensure cooling and sizing well
