General Description of PVC hose production line

This production line is used to produce PVC spiral water suction soft hose,the hose which is widly used in  industry , agriculture , architecture , irrigation field etc.

Features of PVC hose production line

1. The extrusion screws adopt big L/D to ensure plasticization quality, higher transparency of finished hoses.
2.The spiral forming unit utilizes the variable frequency drive to make the winding speed consistently, easy to adjust.
3.The unique design of the combination type die head allows for excellent coupling of spiral reinforcement to the pvc helix.
